POWDER COATING
Our modern, environmentally friendly and semi-automatic powder coating plant is designed for single parts and small series. It enables coating with individual colours and structures according to customer requirements.
It consists of a washing machine for degreasing and a powder wall for applying the powder with a hand gun. An oven is available for subsequent baking.

BLASTING
EDIS has 2 blasting cabins (one for stainless steel, one for standard steel) in which the surfaces of workpieces and assemblies are optimally prepared for the intended surface finish. Different blasting treatments are used depending on the application:

- Corundum blasting
- Rough blasting

CLEANING
Depending on the type of further processing the workpieces and assemblies are subjected to one or more cleaning processes. EDIS has the following modern cleaning facilities:
- Hot steam cleaning
- Cold phosphating (degreasing
- Ultrasonic cleaning.
